André L. Williams

André L. Williams is a real estate attorney and has practiced law in South Florida since 1993. He was previously employed at Holland and Knight LLP.

André is also  the President and CEO of Pendragon Title & Escrow Inc. (www.pendragontitle.com) , a title company, which offers a full range of title and real estate closing services to lenders, brokers, sellers and purchasers throughout the State of Florida.

He was elected Councilman in the City of Miami Gardens, FL in 2006.  Miami Gardens is the largest predominantly African American city in Florida with a population of over 110,000 and the third largest city in Miami- Dade County.  He is a hometown guy – returning to the community where he grew up after his graduation from law school.

André has been featured in an ongoing series of articles in TIME magazine for leading the City of Miami Garden’s extraordinary efforts to help its residents through the foreclosure crisis. His work has also been featured in the Huffington Post, NPR and the Miami Herald.

Harvard University recognized André for his distinguished work on behalf of the residents of Miami Gardens facing foreclosure.

André received the South Florida Business Journal’s Up and Comers Award (Finalist) for 2006.  He was also featured as a “Leader 2000” by the Daily Business Review and participated in a Kellogg Foundation-sponsored fellowship in 2001, the Miami Fellows Initiative, which develops emerging leaders in Miami-Dade County. André appeared as South Florida's Most Influential in Who's Who in Black South Florida's Inaugural Edition. He has been featured in Success South Florida magazines "40 under 40" edition profiling South Florida's most influential African American professionals.

André was selected as one of the "10 Best Attorneys" in Florida for client satisfaction in Real Estate law by the American Institute of Legal Counsel for 2018-2019..

André received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from Harvard University and his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.  He is a 1985 Graduate of Ransom Everglades Upper School.

Mari C. Ribeiro, Esq.

As the Principal Attorney of The Ribeiro Law Firm (RibeiroLawFirm.com), Mari Ribeiro takes on the legal aspects of entrepreneurship! As a music major turned attorney and business owner, she artfully advises independent business owners to help entrepreneurs protect their investment in their company.

Mari frequently shares her expertise in the legal field to educate and empower business owners, especially women and minority entrepreneurs within her community. Speaking three languages – English, Spanish and Portuguese – allows Mari to support international businesses in Miami and abroad.

When she’s not wearing her lawyer hat, Mari frequents live-music venues, spends time outdoors and explores Miami’s hidden gems.

Gregory Boan

Gregory has a full-service immigration and nationality law firm. He handles a full range of business transaction and general civil litigation services as well as business immigration petitions, family-based petitions, and  non-immigrant applications for corporate clients.

Carlos Vasquez

Carlos is a self-starter and quick learner with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and collaborate with cross functional teams with professionalism. Carlos has a versatile skill set - with experience in web development, digital marketing, program development & management and sales. An experienced *intrapreneur, he has a proven track record of innovating from within and is often asked to lead strategic corporate pilots to determine scaleability. He uses a hands-on management approach and can translate complex projects from the bottom up.

Carlos has led various innovative ventures - including spearheading exciting collaborative projects with corporations such as Facebook, Mozilla, LinkedIn, American Express and various educational institutions throughout the country. He has excellent interpersonal and team management skills along with exceptional written and oral communication skills.  

He is presently the CEO of Miami EdTech and the CEO/ Co-Founder of CDG Innovations. He is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S. in Computer Science and has an Masters of Science, Education from City University of New York City College.
